You know in some cities, grocery stores actually require you to put a quarter in a slot to get a shopping cart and then its returned only when you return the cart.  Now, that's civilized.  Too many people though commit the "social crime" of leaving the cart wherever is most convenient for them, regardless of whether it means the cart will inevitably wander into the fender or side of a nearby car.</description>

&lt;p&gt;Who knows, maybe folks will read your blog and also be inspired stop double parking on the street in a lane that's supposed to be used for moving traffic.&lt;/p&gt;
