Sorry this comment is so late. Just discovered this blog.

When I need inspiration, I head straight for TED Talks.

http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks

There are some amazing ones from the TED Africa Conference that happened this past April (Chris Abani, Vusi Mahlasela, Jacqueline Novogratz, etc.), and almost every Talk I've ever seen has been amazing, but if you're new to TED, I suggest starting with:

Wade Davis (ethnobotany and ethnodiversity in the Amazon)
Bill McDonough (Cradle to Cradle Design, Waste = Food)
Hans Rosling (bringing statistics to life)

Well, to be honest, your own tireless work & effort gets me inspired to do more - most recently - and at least partly due to reading your blog, sis - I've resolved to donate more to charity and seriously consider the kivo loan service of which you wrote a couple of months ago. Keep up the great, selfless and sometimes-may-seem-unrewarding-but-ultimately-will-perhaps-be-the-most-rewarding-work-ever work! =)
